What time can I check in and check out?
Check-in is from 12.00 p.m. - Check-out is by 10.00 a.m.
A free luggage deposit service is available for guests before checking in and after checking out.
I will be arriving late at night. Will there be someone to let me in?
Yes, Reception is open 24 hours a day and our staff are always on hand to welcome you.
What sort of breakfast do you serve?
Breakfast includes a generous sweet and savoury buffet, baskets of fresh fruit and an espresso bar serving coffee and cappuccino.
You can take breakfast in the breakfast room or, in fine weather, on the adjacent terrace every morning between 8.00 a.m. and 10.00 a.m.
Can I book a room directly from your website?
Yes, our website includes a secure online booking service.
Enter your arrival and departure dates, the number of guests and the number of rooms required, and you will be able to check prices and availability in real time and proceed with your booking.
An e-mail with a booking code will be sent to your e-mail address.
Are there other ways of booking?
If you have any specific requirements or wish to be contacted, you can send your booking request via e-mail or phone us on +39 (0)79 9735034.
If you do not wish to use a credit card, you can send the deposit, where this is required to confirm your booking, by bank transfer or postal order.
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa and MasterCard for bookings and payment.
Maestro cards may also be used for payments in the hotel.
Why do I have to give my credit card number when making a booking?
For bookings of 1 to 3 nights, we request a credit card number as a guarantee of the booking.
For bookings for 4 nights we request a credit card number and a deposit equal to the cost of the first night.
For bookings for 5 nights or more, as well as a credit card number we require a deposit equivalent to 30% of the total cost of the stay.
Cancellations and penalties
If you cancel your booking within 14 days before arrival, no penalty will be charged on your credit card; in case you had paid a deposit, we will refund you the amount minus bank's charges.
Cancellation less than 14 days prior arrival or in case of no "show"; if you had paid a deposit we will keep the whole amount or, if you gave us only your credit card's details to guarantee the booking, we will charge you the first night's cost.
Early departures will be required to pay for the whole period booked.
I am coming by car. Where can I park?
You may leave your car in the hotel's covered car park.
I am arriving by air: how do I get to the hotel?
You can request, via the hotel, a direct transfer service to and from Alghero-Fertilia Airport (approx. 10 Km from the city) at special low rates.
The cost of the service varies according to the time of day and the number of passengers.
The airport is also served by buses of the AL.F.A (Alghero-Fertilia-Airport) line, part of the urban public transport network.

Can I use the internet in your hotel?
Yes, a PC with internet access is always available for clients to use in the lobby.
Not only that, but all rooms have a high-speed Wi-Fi internet connection.
Our children are coming with us. Do we need to notify the hotel?
Yes. Children up to three years old stay free if they share a bed with their parents.
Cots are available for a small additional charge of between 10 and 15 euros (depending on the season).
Children aged 3 to 8 are entitled to a 50% discount on the adult price for an additional bed.
Children aged over 8 are entitled to a 20% discount on the price for an additional bed.
Can we bring our dog to the hotel?
Sorry, but unfortunately it is not possible.
We love animals but for hygienic and sanitary reasons we cannot accommodate them.
Can I book tours and excursions directly from the hotel?
Yes, our staff will be happy to advise you on the best itineraries and to book tours and excursions in and around Alghero and other famous resorts on the island's north coast.
How can I get to the beaches of the Coral Riviera?
Very easily, using the Easy Alghero shuttle service.

Is there a fridge that guests can use?
The hotel has a freezer and refrigerator for the use of our guests.
You can use them to store drinks, ice packs or medicines.
Is smoking permitted in the hotel?
Smokers can use the terraces and the other outdoor areas. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the hotel.
When does the hotel bar close?
The bar in the lobby is open all night but alcoholic drinks are only served until midnight.
